Sr. Research Executive –Lives (Health Care Program)
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with research agencies and internal teams to design and execute research projects focusing on Public Health issues, with a particular emphasis on Non-Communicable Diseases.
- Utilize quantitative & qualitative research methods to collect, analyse, and interpret data related to public health challenges.
- Contribute to the development of research protocols, data collection instruments, and analysis plans.
- Generate reports and presentations summarizing research findings for diverse audiences, including clients, stakeholders, and academic communities.
- Communicate research findings effectively to diverse audiences through presentations, workshops, and other mediums.
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Masters degree in Public Health or a related field. Candidates with Ph.D will be preferred.
- 8-10 year’s experience in quantitative & qualitative research methods, statistical analysis & operational research.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with Non-Communicable Diseases or similar health-related issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for improving public health outcomes and addressing health disparities.
- Track record of contributing to paper publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, STATA).
Additional Information: The role requires full-time commitment and will be based in Pune, Maharashtra, with occasional travel to project locations in various states
