Retention of Personal Information

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Jobs4ngo.com / Peopable Management Services Private Limited Charges Organisation / Recruiter to publish Job’s on our website. Full refund will be issued when an order is cancelled before the job / banner is published on the website or where Jobs4ngo.com / Peopable does not approve the job / banner for publishing on its website.

However, once a job / banner is published on our website, the service is considered consumed and the payment becomes non-refundable. 

In exceptional circumstances, where a job is published but the organisations wants to deactivate it immediately, Peopable reserve the right to issue a job credit or substitute a job with another job at our sole discretion.

Organisations/ Recruiter take full responsibility of the contents of their advertisement and ensure that they follow the laws when advertising and recruiting for positions.

Jobseekers

Peopable Management Services Private Limited Charges Job seekers for some of the services of Jobs4ngo.com. The fee paid to our services will be non-refundable.

In exceptional case, where jobseekers want to deactivate the service within same day and without using our services by providing valid reason. Peopable reserve the right to refund the amount.

Subscribing or using various paid/free services of jobs4ngo.com / Peopable either directly or indirectly does not in any manner guarantee the user a job. Jobs4ngo only provides a platform for Jobseekers of Social Sector / Development Sector to search right job according to the capabilities of the individuals.

Job Seeker takes full responsibility of the contents of their resume, documents uploaded to our website and if any complaints from the organisation, Peopable have right to cancel / suspend the services.

Changes to the Policy
Peopable Management / jobs4ngo.com reserves the right to update, change or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. The Privacy Policy shall come to effect from the date of publication of such update, change or modification.
